You can choose to run the Pulse Insight across the organisation on amongst targeted departments.
Pulse Insights are captured through online surveys sent directly to employees using link to a super short, quick and easy survey which will remain valid for a few days. You can send pulse surveys as frequently as once a week.
Pulse Insights will never have more than 5 questions. This will help to keep employees engaged to keep answering the surveys which will be 100% anonymous thus encouraging employees to be transparent and honest when answering the questionnaire.
You can choose from a set of internationally validated questions to test employee engagement over time or we can tailor make a solution that focuses on particular issues depending on the topics of priority at the time You can retain the same questions or change as required. The possibilities are endless.
