Last night, Business Leaders Malta was at the grand finale of the third edition of the much anticipated and hugely successful iGaming Idol Awards show which took place at Intercontinental Arena. Once again, BLM had the pleasure of delivering the 2018 iGaming Idol Employer of the Year Award.
For the third consecutive year, the annual showcase which recognises best talent in the iGaming sector, brought gaming professionals together in what was truly a spectacular night of networking and entertainment highlighted by an awards ceremony which rewarded the highest-achieving employees in twenty-two categories.
One of these twenty-two award categories – the Employer of the Year award – was proudly powered by Business Leaders Malta, whereby the winner of the category was drawn based on the results of a scientific study created and curated by us. BLM CEO Morgan Parnis even had the pleasure of taking to the stage to explain the process of the research against which companies are judged. This led to the award being presented to Bethard.
The goal of this award is to give individuals and companies the recognition that they deserve for their high performing work in employee engagement and satisfaction in their organisation. For the second consecutive year, companies had the option to participate in an abridged version of a scientific study conducted by Business Leaders Malta’s research arm, Esprimi. The research benchmarks employee engagement and satisfaction across various domains.
“We are thrilled to have supported iGaming Idol again in delivering the Employer of the Year Award following a rigorous survey carried out by our team at Esprimi with over 600 employees in the gaming industry assessing various aspects of engagement. We would also like to congratulate Bethard for their achievements.” – Morgan Parnis, CEO, Business Leaders Malta.
